Login to Storii

Click on the profile of the person you want to add a question for

Click on the category you want to add to

Click on the subcategory you want to add to

Click on the Add button

Type your custom question into the field

Click Save

You can now click on your question and add it to the Upcoming Questions list to place it directly in the call queue

Login to Storii

Click on the profile of the person you want to edit a question for

Find the question by clicking on the relevant category and subcategory (i.e. My Life and Childhood) OR by locating it in the Upcoming Questions page

Click on the question

Click the Edit button

Make changes to the question by typing directly into the text field

Click Save
