How to request a Refund or Return

If you purchased a Storii subscription or Gift box as a gift for someone and they do not want to participate, you can get a refund if you are still within 14 days of your purchase date.

Submit a Refund Request

Please contact Storii Support by emailing team@storii.com or use the Live Chat option on our website/your account. In your message, please include your name, email address, order number (if available) and the name of the person you purchased the gift for where appropriate.
